The programme
What it is.
Periorbital Lift & Quality works on the upper eye and brow from two directions. Fotona VectorLift uses laser to contract and stimulate collagen across the upper lid and brow, which lifts a hooded, heavy eyelid without surgery. Polynucleotides then firm and thicken the thin periorbital skin itself. One lifts the structure, the other improves the skin over it.
The two are placed in rounds rather than on the same day: the VectorLift laser is performed first, the polynucleotides follow about two weeks later, once the skin has begun to settle. Dr Beiki runs three rounds of each. The lift is visible early and continues to build as the collagen matures over the weeks after the course.

Why lift and firm together
A hooded upper lid is partly heaviness and partly skin quality. VectorLift addresses the heaviness: its laser contracts existing collagen for an immediate tightening, then stimulates new collagen to hold it. Polynucleotides address the skin: they activate fibroblasts to thicken and firm the thin periorbital tissue. Treating both is why the eye reads more open, not simply tighter.
Why it complements SmoothEye
SmoothEye and the Under-Eye Revival course work on the lower lid and under-eye. VectorLift works on the upper lid and brow. The two halves of the eye are treated by different protocols because the anatomy and the concern differ; this course is the upper-eye answer.

About this programme, specifically.
Is this instead of upper-lid surgery?+
For a heavy, hooded lid that is not yet surgical, it is a genuine non-surgical route. Where there is significant true excess skin, surgery remains the honest answer, and Dr Beiki will say so at consultation rather than sell a course that cannot match it.
Is laser safe that close to the eye?+
Yes. VectorLift is designed for the periorbital area, with eye protection in place throughout. Most patients feel warmth and have little to no downtime.
When will I see the lift?+
There is usually an immediate tightening on the day from collagen contraction, with the fuller lift building over the weeks after each round as new collagen forms.
