Accepting these terms
By using this website, creating an account in the patient portal (Le Cabinet), booking or attending a consultation or treatment, or receiving a prescription from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or through the portal before they take effect.
Using the website and the portal
Please use the website and the portal lawfully and honestly. In particular, you agree not to:
- Give false or misleading information in your assessment, medical forms, or messages to us.
- Impersonate someone else, or use another person’s information without their consent.
- Try to access another patient’s record, or any part of the platform you are not meant to use.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy content.
- Upload anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms.
Clinical services
Consultations, assessments, treatment plans, prescriptions and treatments are clinical services provided under the professional judgement of a UK-registered clinician. Nothing on the website or in the portal replaces a consultation. The content here is educational; it is not medical advice for your own situation, and it is not a promise that any treatment is right for you.
Results and outcomesAesthetic medicine is individual. We do not guarantee any particular result, and we do not make before-and-after or outcome promises. Dr Beiki will explain what a treatment can and cannot do, and its limits, before anything begins. Where he judges that a treatment is not right for you, or that the honest answer is to do less or nothing, he will say so.
AgeYou must be 18 or over to receive cosmetic aesthetic treatment from Baudelaire. We do not treat under-18s for cosmetic purposes.
PrescriptionsPrescription-only medicines are issued only where clinically appropriate, after a consultation and in line with UK prescribing standards. A prescription is never guaranteed; whether one is issued is a clinical judgement. We do not advertise prescription-only medicines by brand.
Booking, deposits and payment
A £75 consultation deposit secures your appointment and is redeemable against your treatment. Treatment balances are settled as set out at the time, in clinic or online. For the full rules on deposits, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds, please see our booking terms.
Programmes and plansProgrammes and personalised treatment plans are held with a single £75 deposit; each treatment is then paid after its visit, in clinic or online, with Klarna or PayPal pay-in-3 available. You book each session yourself in the portal, within the recommended spacing, or we book it for you.
PaymentsFees are those shown at the time of booking. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices include UK VAT where applicable.
Your assessment and plan
The assessment in the portal helps Dr Beiki understand your skin and your goals. Software, including AI, may help prepare a first draft, but Dr Beiki reviews and decides everything himself, and no computer makes any decision about your care. Your photographs are never sent to any AI provider. Our privacy policy explains this in full.
Intellectual property
The Baudelaire name, logo, writing, photography and software are the property of Baudelaire Aesthetics Ltd. Please do not reproduce or repurpose them without written permission. You keep all rights in the content you upload, such as your photographs, videos and answers, and you grant us a limited licence to use them only to provide the services described in these terms and our privacy policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baudelaire Aesthetics Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. The clinician’s professional duty of care to patients is unaffected by these terms.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Most things are resolved by writing to support@baudelaireclinics.co.uk or calling +44 1225 688088. An unresolved clinical complaint may be referred to the General Pharmaceutical Council (pharmacyregulation.org).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
