The £75 deposit
Every booking, whether a consultation, a single treatment, or the first session of a programme, is held with a £75 deposit, paid online when you book. The deposit is taken by Stripe, our payments provider; we never see your card details.
The deposit is not an extra fee. It is redeemable in full against your treatment. So a £300 Profhilo session is £75 now and £225 in clinic, and a £75 consultation is the full £75 now, then redeemable against any treatment you book within 90 days.
We hold deposits for the same reason every clinic does: when a slot is reserved for you, no one else can have it, and if it is vacated at the last minute it is rare we can fill it. The deposit covers that risk for both of us.
Cancellation: a full refund with 48 hours’ notice
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your visit, your £75 deposit is refunded in full to the card you paid with. Refunds usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days; the timing is set by your bank, not by us. You will get an email the moment we start the refund, with a Stripe reference you can quote to your bank if you need to.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your visit, or do not arrive, the deposit is kept. This is not a fine; it covers the reserved time that we can no longer offer to anyone else.
Rescheduling: your deposit moves with you
Rescheduling is different from cancelling. If you move your visit to a different date, even at short notice, your £75 deposit travels with you to the new slot. No refund, no new charge. We would rather see you on a different day than not at all.

The treatment balance
After your consultation, Dr Beiki agrees a treatment plan with you. For a single treatment, the balance (your treatment cost less the £75 deposit already paid) is settled on the day, by card in clinic, or online beforehand through a secure Stripe payment link we email you. Online you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, use PayPal, or split it over three months with Klarna Pay in 3(no interest, subject to Klarna’s eligibility checks).
Programmes and personalised treatment plans work a little differently: one £75 deposit holds your place, then each treatment is paid after its visit, in clinic or online with the same options above.
If a treatment doesn’t go as planned
Aesthetic treatments are medical, not retail. We do not offer refunds on treatments that have been delivered as agreed; the work cannot be returned.
If you are unhappy with the result, please tell Dr Beiki within 30 days. Many concerns can be settled with a top-up or correction, included at no charge where clinically appropriate. We talk it through honestly, on the basis of what was discussed and agreed at your consultation.
If we cannot resolve it together, the JCCP (Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners), of which we are a registered member, offers an independent complaints process. We will always tell you about it if it ever applies.
Card disputes: please talk to us first
If something has gone wrong with a payment, the fastest fix is almost always to reply to the receipt email or call the clinic. We can issue refunds, apply credits, or correct mistakes within minutes.
Filing a card dispute (chargeback) before speaking with us starts a 30 to 90 day Stripe investigation and costs us a fee whether we win or lose, so we would much rather resolve it with you directly. If we cannot, and only then, your card issuer’s dispute process is available to you.
