About this treatment
Profhilo Structura is the firmer member of the bio-remodelling family, made for the lower face, jawline and early skin laxity. It does not add volume; it rebuilds the skin's own scaffolding so a softening jaw and crepey lower face firm and define from within.
The science
The material is a high-structure form of hyaluronic acid, the same sugar your skin already makes to hold water and firmness. Where standard Profhilo spreads to hydrate and improve skin quality, Structura is formulated to give more lift and tissue support, which is why it suits the lower face and a softening jawline. It works by waking the skin's own collagen and elastin rather than displacing tissue, so the result reads as firmer skin, not a treated one.

Each area is priced on its own, so you treat only what you came for. A course is what Dr Beiki recommends over a single session: the results are cumulative, so a course builds and holds, while a single session is a top-up or a first trial. He will advise the areas and the number of sessions that genuinely serve you, never more. The £75 consultation is fully redeemable against any treatment booked.

The most useful thing a clinic can tell you is whether a treatment is wrong for you. Here is who tends to do well, and where Dr Beiki would send you elsewhere. He would rather lose the booking than do the wrong thing.

Where it isn’t the answer
A jaw that needs structure on the bone, not in the skin. That is the work of filler placed along the bone, and Dr Beiki will tell you plainly if that is what yours needs.
Significant, heavy sagging or loose skin. Bio-remodelling firms early laxity; it does not replace a surgical lift.
Anyone expecting it after one session. It is designed as a short course, and the firming builds over weeks.
A wish for added volume or sharper cheekbones. Structura supports and firms; it does not fill.
Worth knowing
Most people think firmness has to be added or pulled. Often it can simply be rebuilt, in the skin's own materials.
Support, not volume.
The lower face slackens because the skin loses its own scaffolding, not only because it loses fat. Rebuilding that scaffolding firms the area and cleans the line of the jaw without ever adding bulk. It is why the result looks like better skin, never a fuller face.
Early laxity answers best.
Caught early, a softening jawline and crepey lower face respond beautifully to bio-remodelling. Left late, the same area needs filler for structure or a surgical lift. Timing, here, is much of the result.
The real measure
Not a tighter face, but a firmer, calmer lower third that still moves and reads entirely as your own.
