The programme
What it is.
Bio-Remodelling pairs Profhilo, a stabilised high-purity hyaluronic acid that spreads through the dermis to remodel it, with polynucleotides, which act on the fibroblasts that produce collagen and elastin. Together they treat skin quality and elasticity, not volume. This is the course for a face that has begun to lose its bounce and even tone rather than its structure.
The work is quiet and cumulative. Profhilo ×2 four weeks apart lays the hydration and remodelling foundation; two polynucleotide sessions then deepen the regenerative effect. Most patients see firmer, more even, better-hydrated skin over eight to twelve weeks, holding with a refresh every six to nine months.

The science, plainly.
Two mechanisms, one goal
Profhilo bio-remodels through slow-release hyaluronic acid that stimulates four collagen and elastin types as it disperses. Polynucleotides work differently, signalling fibroblasts to regenerate and improving the dermal environment. Sequenced, they address skin quality from two complementary angles rather than overlapping.
Why not filler
Neither product adds volume or changes your features. They improve the quality of the skin itself, which is the right approach when the complaint is firmness, crepiness and tone rather than lost structure.

Will it change how I look?+
No. Neither Profhilo nor polynucleotides add volume or alter your features. They improve the firmness, hydration and tone of your own skin, so you look rested rather than different.
How long does it last?+
The result builds over eight to twelve weeks and typically holds six to nine months. Most patients refresh with a single Profhilo or a short course once or twice a year.
Is it painful?+
