What people dread is the overfilled look, the face that enters the room before the person does. I work from the bone outward, in the smallest amounts, restoring the structure time quietly took rather than inflating the surface. The aim is never more. It is the architecture you were always built on, returned to you.Dr Dana Beiki
About this treatment
Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid (a substance naturally found in your skin) to restore lost volume, smooth deep lines, and enhance facial contours. Dr Beiki’s approach is anatomy-led, focusing on structural support rather than just filling lines, for results that look natural from every angle.
The science
The material is hyaluronic acid, a sugar your own skin already makes to hold water and volume. The gel is cross-linked so it lasts, then placed at a chosen depth to rebuild the support that time and bone change have taken away. It draws in a little water, integrates with your tissue, and gives back structure rather than simply filling a line. Because it is hyaluronic acid, it can be dissolved with an enzyme if it is ever needed, which is a large part of why I choose it over anything permanent. Where it sits, and how much, matters far more than the syringe. That judgement is the treatment.
How it’s priced
Each area is priced on its own, so you treat only what you came for. A course is what Dr Beiki recommends over a single session: the results are cumulative, so a course builds and holds, while a single session is a top-up or a first trial. He will advise the areas and the number of sessions that genuinely serve you, never more. The £75 consultation is fully redeemable against any treatment booked.
By area & course
The most useful thing a clinic can tell you is whether a treatment is wrong for you. Here is who tends to do well, and where Dr Beiki would send you elsewhere. He would rather lose the booking than do the wrong thing.
What it treats
Where it isn’t the answer
Fine surface lines and crepey skin. Filler rebuilds structure; it does not improve the quality of the skin itself, which is the work of skin boosters or polynucleotides.
An under-eye with true eye-bags or fluid. Filling the trough here deepens the shadow rather than lifting it, and Dr Beiki will tell you so plainly.
Active skin infection at the site, or a history of severe allergy or anaphylaxis.
A wish for a different face. Filler restores your own scaffolding; if the brief is to look like someone else, this is not the clinic for it.
Most of what filler does well is structural, and most of what goes wrong comes from chasing the line instead of the cause. A few things worth knowing.

The fold from nose to mouth is not a crease to be packed out; it is a shadow cast by a cheek that has dropped. Lift the cheek and the shadow lifts with it. Fill the fold itself and you get a ridge, not a softer face. The cause sits above the line you can see.

It is not only skin that changes. The eye socket widens, the jaw and chin quietly recede, and the face loses its scaffold from underneath. Replacing that support, rather than its surface, is what reads as rested rather than filled, and why a millimetre on the bone can do more than a millilitre in the skin.
The safety net
Hyaluronic acid is the one material that can be undone. If a result is ever wrong, an enzyme dissolves it within minutes. Nothing permanent offers that.

The questions clinics avoid are often the ones that decide whether you book. So we put them here, before you ask.
It will not change who you are. We are restoring scaffolding, not building a different face.
It will not look ‘done’ if the planning is right. If a face announces its filler, the planning was wrong.
It will not last forever: nine to eighteen months, depending on the area and how your tissue metabolises it.
It will not be the right answer for everyone. Some faces need less filler and more skin work, and I will say so.
Every plan starts with Dr Beiki looking at your face. You choose how: free and online through Le Cabinet, or in person at the Bath clinic.

Placed in the right plane, filler restores the structure time removed. It is not meant to be seen.
« My first ever time getting anti-wrinkle treatment, after having filler elsewhere, and the experience was night and day. Dana explained everything and listened to me. I felt very looked after and it didn't hurt a bit. »
