The programme
What it is.
Complete Skin is the most thorough skin-quality course we run, built in three layers. Two sessions of Profhilo first lay a hydrated, bio-remodelled foundation. Fotona fractional resurfacing then remodels the surface and the layer beneath. Polynucleotides, placed into the repair window after each laser pass, rebuild collagen and elastin. Each layer does a different job, and together they address firmness, texture, tone and hydration rather than any one of them alone.
The order matters. Profhilo goes first because a well-hydrated, bio-remodelled dermis heals and holds a result better; the resurfacing and polynucleotides then follow in rounds. Dr Beiki sequences the whole course over roughly six months, with the collagen change continuing to settle for months after the final visit.

Why it works
The science, plainly.
Why three layers, not one
Profhilo is a bio-remodelling hyaluronic acid that hydrates the dermis and stimulates collagen and elastin as it disperses. Fractional resurfacing remodels the surface and opens a healing cascade. Polynucleotides give the fibroblasts material to rebuild with in that window. Each works through a different mechanism, so layering them treats the skin more completely than repeating any single one.
Why the sequence is fixed
The foundation is laid before the surface is worked: a hydrated, bio-remodelled dermis tolerates resurfacing better and holds the change longer. Polynucleotides then follow the laser rather than share the day, because they are injected and freshly lasered skin is not the place for that. The result builds in the order the skin can best use it.

About this programme, specifically.
How is this different from Total Skin Renewal?+
Total Skin Renewal pairs Profhilo with PRP and microneedling. Complete Skin uses the Fotona resurfacing laser as its resurfacing step and polynucleotides as its repair, which reaches texture and surface change that needling alone does not. Dr Beiki will steer you to whichever fits your skin.
Why does it take six months?+
Each layer needs time to do its work, and the laser sessions sit eight weeks apart so the skin fully recovers between them. The length is the point: the change is built in stages the skin can use, not forced in one.
Which parts have downtime?+
The Profhilo and polynucleotide visits have essentially none. The resurfacing sessions carry redness and some peeling for around five to seven days each. The visits are spaced so no two heavy steps land together.
