What it is
Thin lips can be a lifelong feature or an age-related change. Either way the request is usually the same: a little more, not more more. Lips that still look like the patient's own (fuller, defined, present in photographs) without the obvious filled look that has made the word filler so loaded.
The work here is conservative. Small volumes, layered placement, careful proportion. Done well, no one sees the lip filler. They notice you look rested, well, or your make-up sits better. Done badly, it announces itself. We belong firmly in the first camp.

It will not be a full millilitre on your first visit. We layer; we never overshoot in a single appointment.
It will not be the lips you have seen on Instagram. Those are usually the result of repeated, accumulated work, and rarely what suits a face.
It will not change the shape of your face. The lip is one feature; it has to read with the others.
It will not feel different to chew, kiss, or speak. If it does, we have placed too much.
It will not last forever, which we consider a feature. You can stop, change direction, or build it slowly.

Soft hyaluronic acid placed in carefully chosen anatomical positions (vermilion border, body, philtrum) in small volume. Most patients begin with 0.5ml; we rarely place a full millilitre in a first visit. Restraint is the technique.
A tiny dose of anti-wrinkle along the upper lip border that allows the lip to roll outward slightly, making the lip read fuller without adding volume. Useful for patients who want a change without filler.
Fotona laser delivered intra-orally and externally to stimulate collagen in the lip itself. The plumping is subtle and temporary, a gentle way to extend filler results or to give a little definition to patients who do not want injectable volume. Honest about its limits: it refines rather than transforms.
