What it is

Dark circles are rarely one thing. Most often they are a layered picture: a true hollow that throws a shadow, thin skin that shows the vessels beneath, sometimes a hereditary pigment, sometimes simply a tired week. The honest assessment is what allows the right treatment.

We work with each contributor separately. Filler restores the structural hollow; polynucleotides thicken the thin skin; skincare softens the pigment. Done as a layered plan rather than a single intervention, the eye reads rested rather than ageless.

What we look for

• ●Tear-trough hollowing: volume loss creating a true shadow across the cheekbone
• ●Thin periorbital skin showing the underlying vessels and pigment
• ●Hereditary pigmentation in the lower lid that no concealer fully covers
• ●Fat-pad descent in the mid-face exaggerating the trough
• ●Sleep debt, dehydration, and chronic allergy congestion intensifying the day-to-day
• ●Make-up that no longer covers what it once did
