What it is
Crow’s feet are the fine lines that fan from the outer corner of the eye each time you smile. For years they appear and disappear with expression; at some point they begin to stay. That is usually when patients arrive, not because the lines are deeper, but because they have started to read across the face even at rest.
Treating them well is conservative work. The aim is for the smile to still reach the eyes, the expression to remain entirely yours, and the lines to soften enough that the rested face reads rested. Done correctly, friends comment that you look well, not that they can see treatment.

It will not stop your smile reaching the eyes. If it does, we have dosed too high; we reduce on the next round.
It will not erase set lines on their own. Anti-wrinkle softens the dynamic component; the static lines need the skin layers.
It will not last more than three to four months from injection alone. The deeper layers extend the result.
It will not hold without SPF and a proper periorbital routine. UV is the fastest way to undo the work.
It will not change the face you have. The lines soften and your face returns, clearer, rested, recognisable.
