The 8-Point Facelift is a comprehensive filler rejuvenation technique that addresses 8 key structural areas of the face in a single session. By strategically restoring volume at the temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jawline, chin, pre-jowl area, and perioral region, it creates a balanced, naturally lifted, more youthful appearance without surgery.
The science
Dr Beiki uses an anatomy-led approach to identify the 8 areas of volume loss and structural descent in your face. Hyaluronic acid filler is placed at precise depths using needles and cannulas, rebuilding the facial scaffold from the inside out. The result is not ‘filled’. It’s restructured. Volume is restored where it’s been lost, and the face appears lifted, balanced, and naturally refreshed.

Each area is priced on its own, so you treat only what you came for. A course is what Dr Beiki recommends over a single session: the results are cumulative, so a course builds and holds, while a single session is a top-up or a first trial. He will advise the areas and the number of sessions that genuinely serve you, never more. The £75 consultation is fully redeemable against any treatment booked.

What it won’t do.

It will not be a facelift. The name is shorthand for the technique. Actual lifting of significant descent needs a surgeon.

It will not be done in a single rushed session for every patient. Some faces are better treated in two stages, weeks apart.

It will not use more filler than the face is asking for. I will use less than booked if your face has already said enough.

It will not last forever: twelve to eighteen months, with the cheeks usually lasting longer than the perioral areas.

About 8-Point Facelift, specifically.
How much filler is used?+
Typically 4–8ml depending on the degree of volume loss. This is discussed and agreed at your consultation. Dr Beiki will never use more than is needed.
Will I look overdone?+
No. The 8-point technique is about structural restoration, not inflation. The goal is to look like a rested, refreshed version of yourself.
Can I do it gradually instead?+
Yes. You can treat individual areas over multiple sessions instead. Many patients start with cheeks and jawline, then add other areas. See our individual Dermal Fillers pricing.
How long does it last?+
12–18 months depending on the areas and products used. Some areas (like cheeks) tend to last longer than others (like lips).
Is there much bruising?+
Dr Beiki uses cannula technique where possible, which significantly reduces bruising. Any bruising that does occur typically resolves within 5–7 days. Arnica can help.
