The programme
What it is.
Skin Rejuvenation is microneedling and platelet-rich plasma run together as a course of three. Fine needles create controlled micro-channels that trigger the skin's own repair cascade; your spun-down platelets are then worked into those channels, where their growth factors increase the collagen and elastin response. It is the workhorse regenerative course for skin that has lost its skin quality rather than its structure.
Results build over months, not days. Most patients notice smoother texture and a clearer surface by the second session, with the fuller collagen change settling over the twelve weeks that follow the course. Dr Beiki sequences the three visits four to six weeks apart, which is the spacing the remodelling actually needs.

Why the two are combined
Microneedling alone reliably induces collagen; adding autologous PRP into the open channels has been shown in controlled studies to improve texture, scarring and downtime over needling alone. The platelets deliver concentrated growth factors (PDGF, TGF-beta, VEGF) exactly where the micro-injury has primed the skin to respond.
Why a course of three
Collagen remodelling is cumulative and slow. A single session gives a temporary improvement; three sessions four to six weeks apart give a durable change because each builds on the last while the previous round is still maturing.

Where it isn’t the answer
Active acne or an active skin infection, which we settle first.
Deep, set acne scarring, which is better served by the Acne Scar Revision programme.
Anyone on blood thinners or with a platelet disorder, where PRP is unsuitable.

About this programme, specifically.
Is this the same as a vampire facial?+
It is the clinical version of it. The 'vampire facial' name refers to PRP applied with microneedling. We run it as a structured course of three rather than a one-off, because that is what produces a lasting change rather than a brief improvement.
How soon will I see a difference?+
Most patients see smoother texture and a clearer surface within two to three weeks of the first session. The fuller collagen change builds over the twelve weeks after the final visit.
Is there downtime?+
Expect a day or two of mild redness, like light sunburn, after each session. Most patients return to normal the next day with mineral SPF.
