The programme
What it is.
Rosacea has a vascular component and a barrier component, and this programme treats both. The Fotona Nd:YAG vascular laser gently heats and settles the dilated vessels behind diffuse redness and visible telangiectasia, reducing the redness at its source rather than masking it. Jalupro bio-revitalisation then rebuilds barrier resilience so the skin reacts and flushes less.
Dr Beiki treats rosacea as ongoing management, not a cure, and is honest about that. Where the skin is actively flaring, he primes it with the right routine before any laser, and supports it afterwards. The course runs over weeks, with most patients keeping their skin far calmer and flaring much less often.

Why it works
The science, plainly.
Laser for the vessels
The Nd:YAG wavelength is absorbed by oxyhaemoglobin in the dilated vessels, heating and settling them so diffuse redness and telangiectasia reduce at the source. It is non-ablative, with minimal downtime, and works best as a short course.
Barrier support alongside
Rosacea skin is reactive because its barrier is compromised. Jalupro strengthens the dermal matrix and helps the skin tolerate more and flush less, so the vascular work holds rather than being undone by ongoing reactivity.

About this programme, specifically.
Can rosacea be cured?+
No, and we will not say otherwise. It is a chronic tendency we control and calm. With the right plan most patients keep their skin far quieter and flare much less often.
Does the laser hurt?+
Most patients describe a warm, prickling sensation that is very tolerable. It is non-ablative, with mild flushing for a day at most.
What if my skin is flaring now?+
Then we prime and calm it first with the right routine, and laser only once it is settled. Treating actively flaring skin would risk making it worse.
