About this treatment
Filler dissolving uses hyaluronidase (a naturally occurring enzyme) to safely break down and remove unwanted or migrated hyaluronic acid filler. Whether you’ve had filler done elsewhere and aren’t happy, or filler has migrated over time, this treatment restores your natural contours.
The science
Hyaluronidase is injected directly into the area where filler needs to be removed. The enzyme breaks down hyaluronic acid within 24–48 hours, allowing the body to naturally absorb and eliminate it. The area returns to its pre-filler state.

How it’s priced
Each area is priced on its own, so you treat only what you came for. A course is what Dr Beiki recommends over a single session: the results are cumulative, so a course builds and holds, while a single session is a top-up or a first trial. He will advise the areas and the number of sessions that genuinely serve you, never more. The £75 consultation is fully redeemable against any treatment booked.

Honesty
What it won’t do.
The questions clinics avoid are often the ones that decide whether you book. So we put them here, before you ask.

It will not work on non-hyaluronic fillers. If what you have is Radiesse, Sculptra, or permanent, hyaluronidase will not touch it.

It will not always be one session. Larger volumes or migrated product sometimes need a second visit two to four weeks later.

It will not let you re-inject the same day. I ask patients to wait at least two weeks so the tissue can settle honestly.
- 04
It will not return your face to a version that no longer exists. It returns you to your pre-filler state, which has aged since.

Plainly asked
About Filler Dissolving, specifically.
Can all fillers be dissolved?+
Only hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Non-HA fillers (such as Radiesse or Sculptra) cannot be dissolved.
Does it hurt?+
You’ll feel a brief stinging sensation as the enzyme is injected. It’s quick and very tolerable.
Will my face look different after dissolving?+
Your face will return to its pre-filler appearance. If you’d like to re-inject with a different approach, Dr Beiki can plan this after the dissolving has settled.
Can I have new filler straight away?+
We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after dissolving before re-injecting to allow the tissue to settle completely.
