01What does the £75 fee include?
A 45-minute aesthetic consultation at our Bath clinic. Full facial and skin assessment, discussion of concerns and goals, treatment options with transparent pricing, and — where appropriate — a same-visit treatment plan. The £75 is fully redeemable against any treatment or product purchased on the day.
02How is this different from the £150 prescription consultation?
The £75 aesthetic consultation covers treatment-based concerns (anti-wrinkle, filler, skin rejuvenation, contouring, programmes). The £150 prescription skincare consultation is a dedicated medical review for prescription-only topical or systemic therapy, and includes the prescription on the day where clinically indicated.
03Will I receive treatment at my consultation?
Where clinically appropriate, yes. Many patients proceed on the same visit. No patient is pressured to do so — the consultation is the value, independent of any decision to treat.
04Is the £75 genuinely redeemable?
Yes. The full fee is deductible against any treatment, programme, or product purchased on the day of consultation.
05How should I prepare?
Arrive with clean skin. Bring a record of anything currently in use, a note of what has or has not worked in the past, and any relevant medical history.
06Cancellation policy?
48 hours' notice is required to retain the fee against a future booking. Late cancellations forfeit the £75.
